4 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
flour to dredge
2 T. vegetable oil
1/2 stick unsalted butter
2 T. chutney (Major Greys or Stonewall Kitchen)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 T. flour
1/2 cup half and half
2 T. white wine
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and dredge in flour to coat. Set aside. In a large skillet saute onion in butter and oil. Set onion aside and saute the chicken until cooked. Remove the chicken and put onion back in skillet. Add cream, wine, chutney, salt and pepper. Heat stiriing for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken and simmer covered for 10-15 minutes.
