4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
2 T. butter
2 T. chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1 large jar of Marinaro sauce (or equivalent of homemade)
1/2 t. basil
1/2 t. oregano
4 slices mozzarella cheese
8 ounces thin spaghetti or thin linguine

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the parsley in melted butter for 1 minute. Brown the chicken in the parsley-butter and season with salt and pepper. Pour enough sauce on the bottom of a 9" square baking dish to coat. Place the chicken on top and cover with sauce, reserving 1 cup. Sprinkle top with basil and orgeano. Cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and add the rest of the sauce. Top each piece of chicken with a slice of cheese and return to oven. Cook until the cheese melts and browns slightly. Serve over cooked pasta.
