2 eggs
15 oz can pumpkin
1/4 brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp each nutmeg and cloves
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 9 inch unbaked pie crust with high fluted edges

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly beat the eggs and add the pumpkin. Then add the 2 sugars, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves and blend together. Stir in evaporated milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in hot over (425º) for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake 25 to 35 minutes longer or till knife inserted in middle of pie comes out clean. Cool.
