1 cup water
½ cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water and margarine to a boil. Turn down heat, vigorously stir 1 cup flour into liquid to form ball. Remove from heat and beat in eggs one at a time until smooth. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until the cream puffs are dry on the inside.

Once they cool, split them open and fill with whipped cream, pudding, pie filling, chicken salad, tuna salad, etc. If fill with whipped cream, pudding or pie filling, sift a little powdered sugar over top.
