4-5 small zucchini
4 T. heavy cream
1 egg
4 t. melted butter
2/3 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place zucchini in boiling water and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain very well. Place in a small greased caserole dish. Pour melted butter on the top and season. Best together the egg and the cream and pour over the zucchini. Sprinkle the chees on the top and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
