To form yeast:
1 cup warm water
1 tsp. sugar
6 pkgs. Dry yeast

Dissolve yeast, mix well add flour to make a thick paste. Set in warm place
and let rise.

On top of burner dissolve:
1/½ cup milk
2 cubes margarine
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. salt
Mix well then cool.

Beat 12 eggs really well. Add 2 tsp. lemon extract. Add back to the yeast mixture; then add 12 cups all purpose flour 1 cup at a time. Beat with fork or mixer. Pour on floured board and knead 5 -10 minutes (add more flour if necessary). Divide in half and put into 2 large greased pans. Cover and let rise 1 ½-2 hours. Form rolls into size desired (dipping hands in water to prevent sticking) and place in greased square or round cake pans. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
