2 T. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lbs. beef, cut into 1" cubes
1 large jar beef gravy
1 cup burgundy wine
1 can whole mushrooms in butter
1 jar small boiled white onions
parsley or chives

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the beef in the oil. Add gravy, wine and the juice from the mushrooms. Simmer, covered, until the meat is very tender (about 2 hours). Add mushrooms and onons to heat. Serve over noodles and garnish with parsley or chives.
