1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup water
3 eggs, well beaten
8 oz Cool Whip
1 can mandarin oranges drained
2 cups pineapple tidbits drained
1 can Fruit Cocktail drained
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups White Grapes canned, drained

Directions:
In blender beat eggs. Add lemon juice and water and mix. Mix sugar, flour, and salt into the egg mixture and blend. Put this mixture in saucepan and cook over low medium heat till mixture has thickened. (I take a wire whip to make it smooth, can get lumpy) Cool. When cool, add the Cool Whip to egg mixture and blend together. Put the drained fruit in a large bowl and cover with the Cool Whip mixture. Mix together and add the marshmallows. Let stand in refrigerator over night.
