7 eggs, with yolks separated
5 TB sugar
3 TB Taragon vinegar
2 TB vinegar
1 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Separate the 7 eggs and combine the 7 yolks with the sugar, and 2 vinegars. Cook over a low heat until thick. Cool. Whip the heavy whipping cream. When ready to serve the dressing over chilled fruit, fold the egg mixture into the whipped cream. Place a portion of the dressing over a chilled fruit mixture (grapefruit slices, mandarin oranges, bananas, pears, and maraschino cherries).

This is a family favorite. We would have this dressing served over chilled fruit at every Thanksgiving and Christmas meal.
