Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups boiling water
2 three ounce packages Jell-o cranberry gelatin
1 1/2 cups cold water
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 medium apple, chopped
1 cup Ocean Spray whole cranberry sauce

1 eight ounce package cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, stir boiling water into the gelatin. Mix for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water and cinnamon. Pour 2 cups of gelatin mixture into a medium bowl and refrigerate for about 1 1/2 hours until thickened (spoon leaves a definite impression). Reserve remaining 1 cup gelatin at room temperature. Stir apple and cranberry sauce into chilled gelatin. Spoon into a 6 cup mold. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until set but not firm (should stick to finger and mound). In a small bowl, gradually stir reserved gelatin into cream cheese with a whisk until smooth. Pour over gelatin layer in the mold and refrigerate 4 hours or more. Unmold and serve.
