Whisk together:
1 T. pineapple juice
1 T. olive oil
2 t. fresh ginger, grated
1 t. lime zest, minced
1 t. fresh lime
1/2 t. hot sauce
1/2 t. dark brown sugar
salt and pepper

1/2 avacado, sliced
1/2 c. jicama, cut into sticks
1/2 c. fresh pineapple, diced
1/3 c. red bell pepper, sliced
1/3 c. frozed shelled edamame, thawed
1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro

Whisk together dressing ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients together and toss to coat; serve immediately.
