1 pkg chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 cup dried breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 minced very small onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Combine and chill 1/2 hour. Roll into small balls.
Bake on greased cookie sheets for 20-25 minutes at 325º.
