1 head of lettuce
1 head of red cabbage
1 head of cauliflower
1 head of brocolli
1 red onion
1 lb. bacon
1 c. sunflower seeds
12 oz. parmesea cheese
12 oz. motzarella cheese
2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. vinegar

Break up lettuce into bite size pieces
Chop cabbage, cauliflower, brocolli.
Dice onion.
Fry bacon
Mix up dressing and mix with everything else.
