milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg into measuring cup, beat well, fill cup with milk to 1 cup.
Sift: flour, baking powder, salt.
Add egg mixture. Stir "lightly" to mix.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Drop by spoonful into soup or stew, cover and DO NOT UNCOVER OR PEEK for 15 minutes.
