1 dozen boiled eggs
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup bacon (crumbled)
2 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons margarine (softened)
2 teaspoons black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs and refrigerate overnight. Cut hard boiled eggs lengthwise. Scoop out yolks into large bowl.
Mash yolks thoroughly. Add the spinach, mayonnaise, crumbled bacon, apple cider vinegar, softened margarine, pepper and salt. Stuff mixture into egg white casings.

Makes 24 individual servings. (Probably enough for 8 people if used as an appetizer.)
