Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 egg, separated
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 TB water
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter, and egg yolks. Stir in flour and cinnamon.
Press in a lightly greased and floured jelly roll pan (15X11X1). Beat egg white and water until foamy. Brush over dough. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake in a 350 degree oven until light brown, 20-25 minutes. Immediately but into strips about 3X1.
Makes about 3 dozen.
