1 lb pork roast or chops, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 lb pork sausage, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 onion, diced
2 C water
1/2 C green onion tops, diced
1 C rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a dutch oven, cook pork, sausage and onion until brown on all sides. Add water, rice and green onion. Put lid on and cook 30 minutes on low heat.
