1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 -1/2 cups flour
3 cups quick oatmeal
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugars together. Add eggs, salt, baking soda, vanilla, and flour. Mix together. After well blended, add in the quick oatmeal. Drop on cookie sheet and bake at 375º for approximately 12 minutes.
