1/2 C shortening
1/2 C packed brown sugar
1/4 C granulated sugar
1 t vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 C all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 C M&M’s
1/2 C chocolate chips
Nuts, finely chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Beat well the first 5 ingredients. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Add M&M’s and chocolate chips. On an ungreased cookie sheet, drop mix by teaspoon. Top with finely chopped nuts. Bake at 375* for 10 minutes.
