20 oz Salted Whole Cashews
3 T Butter
1 T Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute cashews in butter and oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Spread on a paper towel-lined baking sheet; let stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl. Sprinkle with spices; toss to coat.
