Cake:
1 box (18.25 ounce size) white cake mix
1 1/4 C water
1/3 C oil
4 egg whites
1 C coarsely crushed Oreos

Frosting:
1 can (16 ounce size) vanilla frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350*.
Spray bottom of 13x9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare cake as directed above. With spoon, stir cookies into the batter. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake for 32 to 36 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled. Frost cake with frosting. If desired, garnish with additional crushed cookies.
I have topped with strawberry halves and/or whole cookies
