Directions:
Directions:
Cut a hole in the middle of the slice of bread. Butter both sides of the bread. Place the bread in a hot fry pan and break the egg in the middle of the slice of bread. Turn over when done on one side.If you like you can salt and pepper the egg. Serve when golden on both sides.
