6 medium Potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 lb Ham, diced
1/2 medium Onion, chopped
1/2 C Celery, finely chopped
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Spoon into a greased 4-quart baking dish. Bake, covered, at 375º for one hour and 45 minutes.
