2 eggs
1 C sugar
1 t vanilla
1/2 C buttermilk
2 C self-rising flour
1 t baking soda
1 C nuts, chopped
1 qt figs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, and buttermilk. Stir in flour, baking soda, nuts and figs. Pour in a well greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
If you do not have buttermilk, you can mix 2 tablespoons of vinegar in 1/2 cup of milk.
