8 oz Crushed Pineapple
16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
2 T Onion, chopped fine
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/4 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 C chopped Pecans (for rolling)
8 oz can Water Chestnuts, drained and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving one tablespoon of juice in a small bowl. Beat all ingredients together, adding reserved juice. Mix well. Cover and chill.
