1 (8 oz) cream cheese; at room temperature
1 C mild salsa
1 C fine shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
In an electric mixer, mix cream cheese and salsa.
Add cheddar cheese, stirring well.
Refrigerate. Serve with favorite chips or crackers.
