2 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cup Light Cream
1/2 Cup Burnt Sugar Syrup
1 dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, cream burnt sugar syrup and salt without stirring until a small amount of mixture forms a very soft ball in cold water. Cool & add 1 tsp Vanilla. Beat until smooth & Creamy
**note: Burnt Sugar Syrup::
Stir 3/4 Cup Sugar in sugar in pan over medium heat...stir until it melts. Remove from heat and add 1 Cup hot water.
