8 oz cream cheese- softened
6 oz can lumped crab meat- drained
3 green onions- root ends trimmed, dark green ends trimmed-minced
3 T heavy whipping cream or evaporated milk
3 T grated parmesan cheese divided
1 1/2 T diced red or green bell peppers
2 t dry white wine
2 t shrimp or chicken soup base (or 2 t chicken bullion granules)
2 t diced tomatoes
1/2 t Old Bay Seasoning

Directions:

Fold together all ingredients, except 1 T parmesan. Spread evenly into an oven-proof baking dish. Microwave on 50 % power for 4 min. Sprinkle top w/ parmesan. Transfer dish to oven and broil until top is slightly brown. Eat with your favorite corn chips.
