Meatballs


1 to 2 lb hamburger
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 slices bread crumbled
1 clove garlic minced
3 eggs
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste



Sauce:
2 clove garlic cut fine
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp of sweet basil
1 tsp of oregano
1 bay leaf
1 lb spaghetti
4 cans of tomato paste or 2 large cans (6 or 12 oz)

3 cans of water for each can of tomato paste

Meatballs Use large pan like Dutch oven pan
Mix all ingredients well. If dry sprinkle with a little water. Form into flat balls and brown in small amount of oil. After browned set aside and make sauce. Sauce: In skillet you browned the meatballs put in garlic and the tomato paste. Stir well till oil disappears. Add the cans of water to paste and stir till mixed together. Add the salt, pepper, basil, oregano and bayleaf. Add meatballs and simmer in pan for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Cook spaghetti and add to sauce and meatballs or put sauce over top of spaghetti on plate.
