8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 C mayonnaise
2 T onion flakes
1/2 C parsley flakes
4 hard boiled eggs; peeled and diced into 1/4 inch cubes
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt, pepper, lemon; to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion flakes, parsley flakes and the garlic until it’s a smooth consistency. Add hard boiled eggs. Mix again until smooth. Add salt, pepper and lemon to taste. Chill and serve cold. Serve crackers, sliced baguettes or scoop style corn chips. (You may also substitute plain yogurt for half of the cream cheese for a lower fat content.)
