1 9-inch angel food cake
1 10 oz frozen strawberries, thawed
1 envelope un-flavored gelatin
1/4 cup sugar
2 TPB Lemon Juice
2 Cups Whipping Cream
1/4 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Split cake horizontally into 3 layers. Drain strawberries and combine juice with gelatin; let stand 1 minute. Add sugar and lemon juice, microwave 2 minutes until sugar and gelatin are dissolved. Refrigerate 25 minutes. Combine gelatin mixture, strawberries and Vanilla. Beat at high speed until light and frothy. Whip cream and fold into strawberry mixture. blend well. Place 1/3 cake on a serving plate. Spread with 1/3 of the strawberry filling. Repeat with remaining cake layers and filling, ending with remaining filling on top of cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with strawberry slices or chocolate-dipped strawberries.
