1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 pounds confectioners sugar
1 pound melted butter
2 tablespoonsful vanilla
3 large bags dipping chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla. Place in refrigerator about 30 minutes. roll into balls and place on cookie sheets. Refrigerate overnight.
Melt dipping chocolate in double boiler or microwave (one bag at a time). Watch carefully .It can burn easily.Drop peanut butter balls in chocolate and scoop out with spoon or tongs. Shake off excess chocolate if necessary. Place on wax paper on cookie sheet. Refrigerate.
