5#lb ground beef ( Aunt Anita uses sirloin)
1#lb sausage (Italian)
2 !/2 - 3 cups of wet stale bread *(see note)
2 tsp Basil
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soak break in water then put in colander and squeeze out water. Mix bread mixture into meat. Add herbs and mix until throughly combined.
Roll into balls - (golf ball size) and cook in hot sauce.

Personal Notes:
Aunt Anita uses homemade bread (of course!), but Vienna "bought" bread can be used. Lay it on a cookie sheet for a couple of days to dry out first. Cut off crust.
