1/2 small apple, finely chopped
2 T. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

I store this in the refrigerator and it makes a quick breakfast which keeps me filled up. I like it cold, but you could warm it in the microwave. It is also good with other types of frozen fruit.
