2 pounds ground beef
6 slices Italian bread or white bread
2 eggs
parsley flakes "a lot"
garlic powder "a lot"
basil
black pepper
salt
grated parmasean cheese "a good bit"
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crust from bread. Grind into bread crumbs in a food processor. Combine all ingredients together. Moisten as needed with milk. Roll into balls.
Broil until brown.

This recipe was told to me by my Dad. It varies each time he gives it to me. Good luck with quantities! If you get it right, you have the best meatballs ever!
