1 c. Rosetto Cheese Tortellini
1 c. frozen green peas
4 oz. prosciutto, chopped
2 T. all-purpose flour
1 c. 2% milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Stir in peas during the last 2 minutes of cooking time. Drain.
2. While tortellini is cooking, coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add prosciutto, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned (2-3 minutes). Remove prosciutto and set aside.
3. Dissolve flour in milk in a small bowl. Add to skillet and cook, stirring constantly until thickened (8-10 minutes).
4. Remove flour mixture from heat and stir in parmesan cheese and black pepper. Add proscuitto, tortellini and peas. Toss to coat.
