Ingredients:  
I lb. seafood * peeled shrimp, calamari, conch work best or fish.. snapper or grouper.. prepare in bitesize pieces.

1T. chopped jalapeņo pepper

1/2 c. chopped peppers-red,yellow,orange,green

1/2 thinly sliced red onion

1tsp. garlic pepper

pinch of ground cumin
sprinkle of red pepper

1 cup fresh lime juice

Everglades Seasonings* or salt and pepper

1 t. cilantro

1 t. extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put seafood in bowl and add all ingredients except the cilantro and olive oil. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Stir in cilantro and olive oil right before serving.

Makes 4 servings...
