1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. zucchini, grated
1/2 c. chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 c. nuts (optional)

Cream butter, oil and sugar; add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Blend thoroughly. Combine flour, cocoa powder, soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Blend with creamed mixture. Stir in zucchini (if it's dry add more milk). Spoon into greased and floured 9x13 baking dish. If desired, sprinkle with 1/2 c. chocolate chips and 1/4 c. nuts. Bake @ 350F for 45 minutes.
