1 cup corn flake cereal (crushed)
1cup plain bread crumbs
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tablespoonsful vegetable oil
1/3 cup flour
2 eggs beaten
1- 1 and 1/2 pounds chicken breast tenderloins

Preheat Oven to 357º
Crush cornflakes in shallow dish. Mix in breadcrums, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Drizzle oil over breading andtoss together.
Pour flour in another shallow bowl and beaten eggs in a third shallow bowl.
Roll chicken in flour, egg, then breading.
Place on a baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
Cook 15 minutes or until crisp and brown.
