In a bowl combine:
1 cup corn flour
1 cup flour
¼ cup sugar
2 tsp. b. powder
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp b. soda

In separate bowl, combine and add to dry ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
¼ cup butter, melted
¼-1/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir until evenly blended; do not over mix. Pour into prepared pan and bake @ 425 degrees, 25 to 30 minutes.

Cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing. Serve hot.
