2lbs of shrimps, peeled and clean
2 bell peppers
1/2 tablespoon of crushed garlic
1 small onion cut into strips
4 plum tomatoes cut into strips
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoons of tomato paste
8 seeded green olives cut into quarters

Directions:
Directions:
in a pot pre-heat the oil, saute' the onion, tomatoes, peppers, and garlic. Add the shrimps, the tomato paste and 1/2 cup of water. Let simmer at low heat for 3 minutes. Add the Tabasco sause and adust salt to taste.
2. Serve with Tostones(fried plantain) or Arroz Blacon( white rice)
