3 1/4 cup flour
1 envelope quick rise instant yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup soft margarine
1 egg
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Reserve 1 cup flour mix. Mix remaining flour, yeast, sugar & salt in large bowl. Heat milk and 1/4 cup margarine until hot to touch. Stir hot liquid into dry ingredients.Stir in egg & water. Mix enough flour to make a soft dough that does not stick to the bowl. Turn out onto lightly floured board; knead until smooth and elastic (about 5 minutes). Cover, let rise 10 minutes. Roll dough into 14" square. Spread with remaining margarine. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over dough. Roll-up, cut into 12 slices. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Cover and let rise in warm place until double, about 30 minutes. Bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes. Cool.
