1 T. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 T. apple cider vinegar
16 oz. can pineapple tidbits, juice reserved
4 c. apples, cored and chopped
8 oz. container whipped topping, thawed
2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. peanuts, divided
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, egg, vinegar and pineapple juice in a saucepan. Simmer until thickened; cool. Stir together pineapple, apples, whipped topping, marshmallows and 1/4 cup peanuts, combining thoroughly with sauce. Place in a serving bowl and garnish with remaining peanuts.
