2 1/2 lbs. chopped cabbage
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 c. water
16 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Lay cabbage in 9x13 casserole. Brown meat and onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add uncooked rice and pour mixture over cabbage. In a pan, bring water and sauce to simmer and pour over cabbage. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350º.
