2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1pt. sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups grated cheddar
1 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp.pepper
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost hashbrowns.Combine next 7 ingr. &mix with hashbrowns .Put all in a 3 qt. casserole.Saute cornflakes in butter & sprinkle on top.Cover & bake at 350 for about 40 min.
