1 1/2 C Instant Gritts, cooked until really thick, stirring constantly
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese grated
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cube butter
1/4 tsp accent
1 T tabasco
1 tsp paprika

Into hot cooked gritts combine remaining ingredients stirring until smooth. Place into large cassserole dish and bake at 300º F for about one hour
