3/4 c. plus 1 Tbs. Butter, divided
1/4 c. sugar
5 T. Cocoa
1 Egg
2 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 c. Flaked Coconut
2 T. Vanilla pudding powder
2 c. powdered sugar
3 T. milk
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate

In top of double boiler, combine 1/2 cup of the butter, sugar, egg, & cocoa. Place over boiling water and stir until mixture resembles a custard.

Remove from heat and add graham crackers and coconut and spread into buttered 9X13 pan. Refrigerate, after pressing down smoothly.

In medium mixing bowl combine 1/4 cup butter, vanilla pudding, and powdered sugar. Beat well before adding milk to make a smooth mixture. Spread over crumb base and refrigerate.

In microwave melt the chocolate and the last 1 Tbs. of butter and spread quickly on top and refrigerate.
