6 eggs, separated
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tarter and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

In separate bowl; beat egg yolks, sugar and any flavoring you might add. Quickly fold in flour and egg whites gradually being careful to keep the air in the egg whites. So don't overmix.

Place in ungreased angel food tube pan and bake for 40 minutes at 325º.
