2 c. oatmeal (quick)
2 c. peanuts
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. honey
4 T. vegetable, canola or peanut oil
3 c. M & M's
2 c. raisins
3 c. dried apricots, cranberries, cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º.

In a large bowl, combine the oatmeal, peanuts, coconuts, wheat germ. Combine honey and oil, and stir into dry mixture. Spread into greased 11x 14 baking pan. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes until light brown, stirring every 10 minutes.

After cooking, place on parchment to cool. When cool, break bite sized pieces into a bowl, and add M & M's and dried fruit. Store in ziploc or container with lid.
