2 3-1/2 oz. package instant French vanilla pudding mix
3 c. plus 3 T. milk, divided
8 oz. whipped topping
2 1-oz. packets pre-melted unsweetened chocolate
1 t. vanilla extract
1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
6 T. margarine, softened
2 T. corn syrup
16-oz package graham crackers

Directions:

Mix pudding mixes with 3 cups milk and beat until thickened. Fold in whipped topping; set aside. Prepare frosting by combining baking chocolate, vanilla, powdered sugar, remaining milk, margarine and corn syrup; set aside. Assemble cake in an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Make 5 layers in pan alternating with graham crackers and pudding, beginning and ending with graham crackers. Spread frosting evenly over top layer, and refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
